We survey and carry out subdivisions of properties and, in addition to dividing surface areas of existing land registry land plot, subdivisions make it possible to materialise on site the lines dividing the new subdivision of the land.
Every cadastral change in the status of lands, having taken place due to building, expansion, demolition, even partial, of real estate units, or for the subdivision of a parcel, usually for a change in ownership or other needs, must be declared in the Land Registry: for boundary changes, it is necessary to conduct a historic research of cadastral deeds for the purpose of establishing the physical boundaries between existing parcels.
